Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase, and mail your return the address provided by the seller.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Real estate transactions are a big decision, which should be thoughtfully and thoroughly considered and researched prior to making the decision to buy and making a Deposit.

15 Days After Deposit
Provided that you are eligible for a refund, under the terms and conditions stated herein, our refund policy is applicable for thirty (30) days after you make your initial $399 or $999 deposit (“Deposit”) and prior to Closing.
If you are not fully satisfied for any reason prior to Closing on the sale and obtaining ownership, we will promptly issue you a full refund of your initial Deposit minus a $99 Refund Fee.
If Closing does not occur within 30 days of making your Deposit, your Deposit is non-refundable, unless there are title objections or curative required to complete the sale.
All Closings Are Final!
Once we have closed and conveyed a property to a buyer, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Written Confirmation Required
Time is of the essence!
If you need, want, or are contemplating requesting a refund, or if you cannot close a transaction, it is critical that you notify us as soon as possible in order to avoid unnecessary, non-refundable costs and expenses and ensure your eligibility for a refund.
You MUST receive written notice from us confirming our receipt of your refund request.

The approval or denial of your refund request will be made within three (3) business days of receipt of your request.
$99 Refund Fee
The $99 Refund Fee covers and includes the termination of a purchase and sale agreement and all credit card or payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.
Third-Party Fees and Expenses
Actual third-party fees and expenses incurred and associated with your transaction are non-refundable. This includes all title and escrow fees, courier fees, overnight fees, notary fees, wire transfer fees, etc. If we incurred or will incur such expenses as a part of completing or refunding your transaction, such expenses will be deducted from your refund in addition to the $99 Refund Fee.
In certain cases, and on a case-by-case basis, J.Reid Companies, LC may approve an exchange for a similarly priced property. We are under no obligation to accept or even consider an exchange before or after the refund period has expired. Additional costs and expenses may apply.
Unavailable or Previously Sold Properties
If a property is unavailable or was previously sold, we will refund the full Deposit, including all credit card or payment processing fees.
Assurances and Documents
If you request a refund, and if it is approved, you agree to execute further assurances, documents, and instruments required to terminate the sale. If you cannot or will not execute such documents, to our satisfaction, you will be ineligible to receive a refund and your refund will be denied.
Refunds will be paid once all documents have been received by us and, if required, filed of record in the county. Refunds will be paid in the same manner in which you originally submitted payment.
